Debit Cards
Debit cards have become an essential part of the banking industry in India. They provide a convenient and secure way to access one’s funds without needing cash.
A debit card is linked to a bank account, allowing the cardholder to withdraw cash or make purchases using the funds in their account.
The cardholder can also use the card to check their account balance and transfer funds between accounts.
With the introduction of the National Payments Corporation of India (NPCI) in 2008, the use of debit cards became more secure and widespread.
